There is a pinlock suspension system that features shock-absorbing, 4-point suspension, headband, nape strap, Cushionaire sweatband, and adjustable crown straps. The White hard hat is compliant with ANSI Z89.1-2004 standards, Class E and G. They are also SEI certified and sold individually.
